Projects

BUTADIENE AND SYNTHETIC RUBBER PRODUCTION

Development of a detailed calculation and analytical justification of the project (project documentation, capital commitment, marketing, financial model, adaptation to local standards, technologies) with the approval of geoexpertise for the project of the butadiene and synthetic rubber plant. The plant capacity is 400,000 tons per year.

GENERAL PLAN OF TARAZ CHEMICAL PARK SEZ

Development of a feasibility study (planning, design, construction, management) for establishment of a SEZ in the Zhambyl Region. The result is production of glyphosate (10,000 tons per year), caustic soda, and calcium chloride. 320 people are employed in the production.

PHOSPHORIC PLANT CONSTRUCTION

The plant construction project (economic efficiency, provision of raw materials) for production of yellow phosphorus, used as raw material for glyphosate production in Taraz Chemical Park SEZ. The plant capacity is 10,000 tons per year.

GENERAL PLAN FOR KARABATAN SITE

Development of a general land use plan, coordination and establishment of joint use of the infrastructure (logistics, water treatment, storage, utilization), reduction of capital commitments for Karabatan site of the National Industrial Petrochemical Technopark SEZ.

FEASIBILITY UPDATE

The National Industrial Petrochemical Technopark SEZ consists of several sites, including Atyrau Industrial Park, created for development of production projects of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). As part of the project, APEC Solutions updated the feasibility study for the SMB park in the fields of product marketing, project structure, land use, and infrastructure planning.

VERIFICATION OF THE ESTIMATED CALCULATION OF CONSTRUCTION

Verification of the estimated calculation of construction of the Integrated Gas and Chemical Complex in the Atyrau Region.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTING SERVICES

Management of the project for production of caustic soda (40,000 tons per year), phosphorus trichloride (13,600 tons per year), and glyphosate (30,000 tons per year), which will completely cover Kazakhstan's need for herbicides. The plant employs 420 workers.

SHEET GLASS PLANT

Consulting services and a feasibility study on the project of sheet glass production (3-16 mm thick). The plant's capacity is 175,000 tons per year. The plant employs 300 workers.

INTEGRATED GAS AND CHEMICAL COMPLEX

Organization of polypropylene production from gas. Recalculation of the estimate calculation.
